Q. Do I have to subscribe to dPi Local Home Phone service to use dPi Internet?

A. Yes, dPi net Internet Service is ONLY available to dPi Local Home Phone Customers.

Q. Do you need my real name to sign up for Internet service?

A. Absolutely not. All we need is your address.

Q. Can I setup my own personal email address?

A. Yes, once your dPi net service is activated, you will be prompted to creat your own personal dpi net email account. You can also access dPi net email account from any computer!

Q. What if I move? Can I keep my Internet service?

A. Yes, as long as you keep dPi Local Home Phone service, you can keep your dPi net Internet service. We will also dPi net Internet Service at no cost.

Q. If I haven't made the next month's payment, will you disconnect me without calling me first?

A. No. We will always contact you and try to work with you before disconnecting service.

Q. Why do the big Internet service providers require my name and a deposit when dPi doesn't?

A. They don't need it. It's a matter of trust. The only reason they need it is so they can track you down or report bad credit on your account.
